Our story
One team, because coordinating five is exhausting.
Every Dubai resident knows the drill: an AC guy who's late, a plumber who doesn't answer, an electrician who can't come until Thursday, and a handyman met through a friend of a friend. Different numbers, different stories, different prices — and a home that still isn't fixed.
Dubai Home Technicians was built to end that. We put the common home trades — AC, plumbing, electrical, painting, handyman, appliances, pest, cleaning and annual maintenance — under a single accountable team. One booking. One price, approved before any work starts. One person to call if anything's off. Whether it's a studio apartment in JBR or a villa in Arabian Ranches, the experience is the same: a real technician shows up, diagnoses properly, and fixes it to a consistent standard.
We don't do this in isolation. Dubai Home Technicians works alongside European Technical — our affiliated UAE operating company and main website, which brings operating experience across home and technical services. That backing is how we keep standards consistent, hold real stock of common spare parts, and run a roster of technicians across all nine trades seven days a week, from 07:00 to 23:00.
